Humble Roots, Big Drive
Raised in the Ozark mountains of southwest Missouri, Doug's small-town upbringing and values became the foundation for everything that followed. While earning his degree from the University of Colorado Business School, he launched a sales and marketing company that rapidly expanded across the western United States — then moved into operating nine franchise restaurants in Denver.
The Operator: Doubling a Business
Doug invested in a small Colorado contracting business and took the helm as General Manager. In his second year, he grew residential revenue from $3.5M to over $7M. In 2009, Inc. Magazine named the company one of the Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies in America.

Doug co-founded a Denver HVAC company and delivered 100% growth year-over-year for three consecutive years — generating millions in new revenue annually for a business that had been operating for 18 years. National Stage: Daikin, GE Health & More
Doug became COO at SleepSana, landing distribution in Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and others. He delivered back-to-back national sales meetings for Daikin North America in 2018 & 2019, led a program for 3,000+ GE Health salespeople in 2022, and conducted national sales meetings for Dynamic Air Quality Solutions in 2023.

meet bryce
Bryce first attended Grand Valley State University’s Film and Video program in 2016. After excelling in this program for two years, his vision for himself and the future began to change. He made the decision to transfer schools to Northwood University, where he would go on to earn his Management Degree and graduate Magna Cum Laude. While actively pursuing this degree, Bryce began to shape the next 7 years of his life by starting to film weddings with a small company in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In 2017, Bryce entered the world of entrepreneurship, establishing his own video production company with the goal of providing the highest-quality wedding films available. Over the next seven years, his company won multiple awards, received a plethora of 5-star reviews and rapidly expanded.
In November of 2021, Bryce made his lifelong goal of moving to Colorado a reality. He packed up all of his belongings and said goodbye to his friends and family in Michigan, and moved to The Rockies to start a new chapter for himself.
In October of 2022, Bryce joined the team at Synergy as the Master of Videography. As Doug has jokingly stated: “He’s by far the best videographer we’ve had…so far.” Since his time at Synergy has begun, Bryce has continued to grow both personally and professionally. Bryce has said, “Doug and the entire team at Synergy have had a significant impact on my life. I’ve learned more about business and personal development in my first few days than I did in my four years at a first-class business university!”
Bryce now leads a team of eleven video editors around the world producing thousands of customized micro-learning segments for Synergy Learning Systems. He’s also rapidly ascending within the organization. Most recently Bryce is working with the team on the business development side, helping to serve clients and share how Synergy’s comprehensive solutions are helping individuals and organizations solve the challenge of implementation.
Bryce continues to be inspired and committed to what he refers to as “The Synergy Squad!” By continuing to serve our clients and friends alongside Doug and the rest of the team, he’s passionate about helping to positively change millions of lives!
