Who is Doug Wyatt?
Doug Wyatt, raised in the Ozark Mountains of Missouri, built a career rooted in strong values and a passion for business growth. While earning his degree at the University of Colorado Business School, he launched a sales and marketing company that expanded across the western U.S. He later partnered in nine franchise restaurants before investing in a small contracting business, where he led it to over $7 million in revenue within two years. Inspired by Dr. Stephen R. Covey, Doug became a 7 Habits of Highly Effective People instructor in 2010 and has since worked with over 1,000 businesses on sales, marketing, and leadership strategies. As co-owner of an HVAC company, his methods drove 100% year-over-year growth, earning Lennox Partner of the Year awards in 2016 and 2018. His expertise has shaped national sales programs for Daikin, GE Health, and Dynamic Air Quality Solutions.
