Official Rules & Terms: The Synergy 07 Foundations Sweepstakes

1. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry.

  • Entry is restricted to owners, general managers, and authorized decision-makers of home services companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related industries).

  • Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Synergy Learning Systems are not eligible.

2. Entry Period

  • Start Date: October 28th, 2025

  • End Date: November 4th, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM MDT

  • Winner Announcement: October 5, 2025

3. How to Enter

  • Provide accurate and complete information, including name, business, email, and phone number.

  • One entry per company; duplicate submissions may be disqualified.

  • No purchase or payment required to enter or win.

4. Prizes

Grand Prize (Approximate Retail Value: $40,000+)

Runner-Up Prizes

Winners may also be awarded runner-up packages that include exclusive training, coaching sessions, and discounts valued up to $39,000.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected based on the quality and completeness of their story submissions, as judged by Synergy Learning Systems.

  • Winners will be notified by phone and email.

  • Winners must respond within 3 business days to claim their prize.

  • Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Taxes & Reporting

  • Prizes valued at $600 or more may require Synergy Learning Systems to issue IRS Form 1099 to the winner.

  • Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

7. Publicity Release

By entering, you grant Synergy Learning Systems the right to:

  • Use your name, business name, likeness, and submitted story for promotional purposes.

  • Share your testimonial or case study in marketing materials, emails, and social media.

  • No additional compensation will be provided unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes at any time for any reason.

  • Sponsor may disqualify any entrant suspected of fraud, tampering, or violating these rules.

  • Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

  • By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Synergy Learning Systems, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from participation.

  • Information collected will be used solely to administer this sweepstakes, deliver prizes, and communicate relevant Synergy Learning Systems offers.
